the improver

worldview

Things are pretty black and white to me, if something isn’t right, it’s wrong. It’s important for me to be a good person. When I look out in the world, I can easily see what needs to be improved. I’m very organized and responsible, so I get things done and follow through with my commitments. I have high standards that I always try to uphold. Therefore, I have a harsh inner critic whenever I make a mistake or don’t do something perfectly. When others don’t meet my standards, I can be critical of them. My anger gets channeled into resentment and passive-aggression.
