the peacemaker
worldview
I am pretty easy-going. It’s hard for me to say “no” to people, so I tend to merge with their agendas and go along to get along. I can easily see all sides of an argument, so I’m not judgmental and can often serve as a mediator. However, when it comes to conflict with me and someone else, I avoid it at all costs. I like to be at peace. I guess you could say I’m a bit of a comfort junkie. It’s hard for me to stay on task because I get easily distracted by things that aren’t important. I find it difficult to make decisions and prioritize. I usually know more of what I don’t want than what I want.
